Christopher Kimball has advised home cooks for more than 25 years as a publisher, editor and host on TV and radio for brands he founded such as Cook’s Illustrated and America’s Test Kitchen. He recently launched a new venture called Milk Street, which explores modern cooking as a mashup of global flavors and techniques. We’ll talk to him about building this latest venture as well as his eclectic background, one that includes a degree in primitive art, and an early job as a New York cabbie.
